Celebration gift delivery across New Zealand
We hand-pack every box in Mount Maunganui and dispatch Monday to Thursday for delivery Tuesday to Friday. Monday delivery is not available, but Monday dispatch is available for Tuesday delivery. We do not dispatch on weekends, public holidays or the day before a public holiday.
Urban delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. Rural delivery is available but is not guaranteed and is sent at the customer’s risk, so use an urban address for a time-sensitive celebration.

What occasions suit a celebration meal gift?

Can I send the package directly to the recipient?
Yes. Add their address at checkout and we will deliver the hand-packed gift directly to them.
Can I write my own congratulations message?
Yes. Enter your message while building the package and we will handwrite it onto the included card.
Do the meals need to be eaten straight away?
No. Meals are snap-frozen and are dispatched snap-frozen in temperature-controlled packaging, ready for the freezer until the celebration settles down.
How far ahead should I order?
We dispatch meal care packages and gift boxes Monday to Thursday for delivery Tuesday to Friday. Monday delivery is not available because we do not dispatch perishables on Fridays or over the weekend; orders dispatched on Monday are scheduled for Tuesday delivery. We do not dispatch on weekends, public holidays or the day before a public holiday. Public holidays can move dispatch and delivery to the next safe business day. Urban addresses usually receive delivery within 1–2 business days. Rural delivery is available but is not guaranteed and is sent at the customer’s risk. Use an urban address or arrange rural-depot collection when timing matters. Delivery cost is shown at checkout.
