How delivery works
- Choose your meals and place your order online
- We deliver chilled, nationwide, with your delivery cost worked out by region and shown at checkout
- We dispatch Monday to Thursday, never on a Friday or the day before a public holiday, so nothing sits in transit over a weekend
- Urban deliveries usually arrive within 1 to 2 business days, and rural delivery is available on request
- Meals arrive in temperature-controlled packaging that keeps everything safe in transit
- Store them in the freezer, where they keep for up to 3 months

Do you deliver across all of New Zealand?
Yes, we deliver chilled, nationwide. Delivery is worked out by region and shown at checkout, so you'll always see the cost before you pay. Urban deliveries usually arrive within 1 to 2 business days, and rural delivery is available on request.
How long do the meals last?
Up to 3 months in the freezer. Once defrosted, keep them in the fridge and eat within 3 days.
How do I heat the meals?
Straight from frozen in the microwave for 2.5 to 3 minutes, then stir and rest for 1 minute. From defrosted you can use the oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes. Make sure they're piping hot before serving. Full heating instructions are on every label.
Are the meals suitable for kids?

Is there a contract or minimum order?
No lock-in contracts. Order whenever it suits your family, and come back any time you need to restock the freezer.
Can meals be funded through ACC?
