Do you deliver across all of New Zealand?
Yes — we deliver chilled, nationwide. Delivery is calculated by region at checkout, so you'll always see the cost before you pay.
How long do the meals last?
Up to 3 months in the freezer. Once defrosted, keep them in the fridge and eat within 3 days.
How do I heat the meals?
Straight from frozen — a few minutes in the microwave, or in the oven. Full heating instructions are on every label.
Are the meals suitable for kids?
