Send meals to parents anywhere in New Zealand
We pack in Mount Maunganui and dispatch temperature-controlled boxes Monday to Thursday for delivery Tuesday to Friday. Monday delivery is not available, but Monday dispatch is available for Tuesday delivery. We do not dispatch on weekends, public holidays or the day before a public holiday.
Urban delivery usually takes 1–2 business days. Rural delivery is available but is not guaranteed and is sent at the customer’s risk. Consider an urban family address or rural-depot collection when timing matters.

Can I send meals to my parents from overseas?
Yes. Order online, enter your parents' New Zealand delivery address and add your personal message.
Are the meals easy to store and heat?
Yes. Meals are dispatched snap-frozen in temperature-controlled packaging and can be placed in the freezer. Heating instructions are clearly labelled.
Is this suitable for older parents?
It can be an excellent practical gift for independent older adults who want proper meals with minimal preparation. Check individual product ingredients and dietary suitability before ordering.
Can I send meals to a rural address?
We dispatch meal care packages and gift boxes Monday to Thursday for delivery Tuesday to Friday. Monday delivery is not available because we do not dispatch perishables on Fridays or over the weekend; orders dispatched on Monday are scheduled for Tuesday delivery. We do not dispatch on weekends, public holidays or the day before a public holiday. Public holidays can move dispatch and delivery to the next safe business day. Urban addresses usually receive delivery within 1–2 business days. Rural delivery is available but is not guaranteed and is sent at the customer’s risk. Use an urban address or arrange rural-depot collection when timing matters. Delivery cost is shown at checkout.
