Ingrediants
  • Diced Chicken Breast
  • Buffalo Sauce
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Low Fat Cottage Cheese 5 Servings Light Laughing Cow Cheese (or light cream cheese)
  • Ground Mustard/ Mustard Powder (Brand: Keens)
  • Cheese Seasoning (Brand Delicious - or Cheese powder from mac & cheese packets)
  • Buffalo Sauce (used for sauce)
  • Pasta (Brand: Zafarelli Liscio Piccolo - or pasta of choice)
  • Optional Toppings:  Buffalo Sauce  greek yoghurt mixed with Tbsp ranch

Heating Instructions

Thawing:
Thaw your meals overnight in the fridge if possible. Heat and eat within 5 days of thawing. This is REAL food and therefore won't stay fresh forever. Oven is always best for heating and will consistently produce the best results.

Microwave From Thawed (for best results):

  • Remove lid or pierce film.
  • Heat at 100% power in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Microwave from Frozen (not recommended):

  • Remove lid or pierce film.
  • Heat at 100% power in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.
